Warning about Veronica Baldoza Galit
Hello I am Chris Bass. I have been scammed as well.I met ” Nikka on line as many of us do. She was working in a bar at the time this was in 2001, I heard her tales of losing her job then going to work for a shop whereher boss tried to have sex withher , losing bracelets watches being robbed and like a fool i believed her. Why? I had fallen in love. Now I fell so hard that i agreed to meet herin the Philippines in the Manila area and i stayed atthe copacabana hotel. She even got me to move to s cheaper one which was still a good hotel . called lonely hearts. It saved me alot of money
This helped draw me to trust her. I spend two weeks getting to know her and chose to marry her . Her family was glad for that .Well , we filed and i went thru all the motions. and we were maried. I did not know that in HongKong to work in bars or shops you must be married to a local resident.
I was happily married for three days then my visa ran out. They told mei had to go home now and aply for another and i believed them. I went home filed for agreen card for Veronica and waited, Files were lost andi fought with imigration about it, refiled forms paid moremoney timeand again. all this time sending 500 usd a monthto my wife.I saw heron theinternet as i senther a web cam for theplace she rented a computer from to seeme. I believed that crap. Well, it turns out thatVereonica wentto Catubig and pissed away every dom dollar i sent on building a house for her mother and brother to live in, then went back to the philippines to knock down her sisters boyfriends house and rebuilt a two story house in Perpetual village 6 mambig foour , lot 10 bacoor cavite
used my moneyto do it. Now i sent money religeously and believed my wife to be in the phil waiting dutifully for me. As i have learned she left 10 months later after giving birth to our son and giving the baby up to her sister Marilyn galit. And ten months afeter i left the phil she left to goto work again in HongKong. Back to her husband.
I did not learn this until after nearly two years. I ran a small company in the usa making money for our future. When her sister let the cat out of the bag and mentioned her indian hubby or her chinese hubby i got worried and confronted her , she denied of course, i kept supporting her until decidedto see what was true. i stopped sending meoney, she stopped communicationg altogether,Searches forher were in vain
her sister even moved away from Caviteas i learned. Veronica is on the internet as kissable 2004 in wqquary bay on filipina friend finder, and on filipina heart .com she is “jelly” memebr number 199 199 and cvlaims to be single in Wan Chai area of Hongkong. I am here now searching for her
You see guys if you marry a pinay, you are married for life. Thereis no divorce in the philippines. Even if you divorce in another country, in the philippines you are still married \ It cost ten thousand USDollars to get an anullment in the philippines and likely the court
Sisters working a scam ring
I chatted to a lot of filipina ladies, but when it came to money I just deleted them, but one night in a Filipina chat site, one young lady got the best of me. we went to yahoo to chat
we opened up our web cams and started talking, her name on her id was cristy_ann, we started a nice repore then she started to work on me, knowing I was planning to marry a filipian lady , she gave me her phone number to call her, but I didnt have international calling on my phone, we met just about the same time every night my time, she had all the right words to say to me. and she used them against me knowing what I was looking for, she promised she wasn’t a scammer, and wasn’t like other ladies that try to scam men, she wanted me to send her money for the cafe’.this was after a few days of chatting. so I asked my friend who just moved to the Philippines in April of this year after he met his new wife on a Filipina chat room, I asked him while he was talking to her from the states if he ever sent her money to chat he said yes, so I said what the heck, I told cristy_ann I needed her real name and address to send the money by Western Union. and most people don’t use there given in yahoo chat, she told me her name was Romelyn , still at this point I had no reason to doubt her, so I sent her $45 dollars. lets say she took me for a three months ride chatting with her every night. then came the love words, and believe me she was good doing it playing on my emotions ex. I love you,it would be a honor to marry you, wish you can come here over the Christmas Holidays to visit me and my family, get the point….I guess you can say I was love struck.
she even brought her two younger sisters on cam to see me, she would say why would I scamm you if I gave you my phone number and brought my sisters to see me on cam.. I’ll be honest she got me for some more money, over the three months, and I was planning to move there the comming year 09″ to get married, met her on June 5,08 til September 15, 08′ was the last time she ever chatted and called me, I told my friend in the Philippnes I know I just got scammed, so his wife looked on Friendster after I gave her the name Romelyn, plus his wife knew what she looked like from the pic I sent her, behold Romelyn wasn’t the girl I met as cristy_ann,, both Romelyn, and cristy ann were two different sisters, they both had web sites on Friendster . so they were both working on me at the same time, I never met Romelyn before, but this finding didnt come in time til after she stopped chatting and calling me,,she change the simms card on her phone, so I caouldn’t call her to find out what happend that she stopped chatting, remember this all took placebrfore I found friendster, I think she started to realize towards the end , I started to pick up on the scamm but was to late for me the damage was done,, my friends wife try texting her and e-mailling her to at least write me and apologize, but we all know that wasnt going to happen, so after looking at over 100 pics she had on her site, I relized she never was at a cafe’ from the start, she was in a house In surigao del sur,Tagbina which was the address she gave me to wire the money. but thwere is more to this story, after my head cleared up somewhat. I did doubt her in the beginning, but she must have learned these scamm from someone because she played me to the end.tonight after two weks of not hearing frome her, I get on my computer after work and saw a off-line message, the ID I didnt know so I cliked on the message and it read”How is life now im back after two weeks you surprised hehehehe”. she is using a different ID now on yahoo to scamm other men, but when I put the ID that she used to send the off-line messages yahoo didn’t reconized the name, like I said she and her sisters are good at this, so I am at the point how can I believe what another Filipina lady tells me even if she doesnt ask for money, all the powerful words cristy used on me would make any man believe what she was telling them ” dont leave me” I love you so much, I miss you everynight, my mom said as long as im happy she is happy, like I said lots of woman asked for money but I never sent it, but crity ann, got my money, Western Union wants to hear from me about this scam, along with the FBI, so I will let you good people know what happends next, since I have the addresses, pictures, yahoo IM she sent, and all the control numbers for the time I sent her money, she did a good head job on me to be honest,,,live and learn

Filipinaheart.com Scammers
Have been victimized by a few girls from the Philippines. In particular, those who have fake, free profiles from website Filipinaheart.com. I made several complaints regarding woman who place fake pictures and profiles to attract attention to which the website responds with a refusal to remove such people from the site. Recently, I was in correspondence with one JANICE KASPA who I would speak to over the phone. She refused to go on webcam so I decided to send her money to purchase a webcam. She would take the money and would claim the webcam doesnt work. I believed her. After two months I decided I would want to meet her during my next visit to the Philippines. Claiming she was from General Santos City, I sent her money thru Western Union to purchase a plane ticket. A few hours after she took the money, I spoke to her and she had a story of how she was just robbed and her purse stolen. She claimed to be at the police station, so I asked to speak to a police officer. She hung up the phone. Never heard from her again. I went back on Filipinaheart, and sure enough a new profile was created using her friends name Laila Mae Lapang, using same fake pictures she emailed me. Beware of these SCAMMERS. No webcam, dont even bother with them.

Philippines Hospital Scams
This is not blind revenge – simply an effort to warn others and to make it difficult for this particular group, practicing emotional extortion, to continue their despicable trade. We all lie – white lies – we all distort the truth from time to time, however the people incriminated in the following are of a different calibre.
This is professional racketeering by people suffering from the impoverished conditions that unfortunately befalls the vast majority living in the Philippines, constantly alert for any way to make more money for themselves.
Morals don’t seem to concern them.
Aware of the potential in the raw power of emotions – like an untapped natural resource – they resort to a type of suburban savagery, using modern technology to wreak their havoc – destroying lives in the process – as they consciously manipulate situations to be able to take advantage of people’s sincere and deeply felt emotions – yes – people’s love – for their own material gain.I have found that they quite readily employ the concepts we regard as Holy, to try to endorse, add a sense of legitimacy to their evil endeavours – the name of God and His angels – swearing on The Almighty that the words they speak and write are the truth.
Revealing sociopathic behaviour, these pathological liars are utterly ruthless in their pursuit – with not a single care for the resulting devastation to their victims’ lives – only the cold, single minded intent of aquiring money.
Believe me when I tell you that evil is not too strong a word to describe them – masquerading behind the exquisite preciousness, the sacredness of love and the trust it naturally engenders – with their deceit, their cunning and their greed.
It is a lasting shame that the social and political conditions of the country contribute so much to cause this thriving underworld – and make it a breeding ground for racketeering - Tierra Mafia – although behaviour is always a matter of personal choice.
Of course, I have a responsibility to bear in all of this – if it were not for people like me, this sort of behaviour, these activities could not possibly exist – my only defense is that I was totally genuine and honest in my pursuit of a loving relationship and marriage.
Love without trust is like a ship without water.
But the trust that developed in this case, as far as the girl was concerned, was for one sole purpose. As in all love affairs, a sense of trust is cultivated – here it was nutured and nourished, groomed by a fantasy lover, changing colour like a chameleon to obtain the maximum depth of feeling – merely so that it could ultimately be abused.
All requests for help from her have had four common denominators:
1) They are situations tailored to maximise the degree of emotionally conditioned response from me.
2) They all contain a large proportion of fiction.
3) They require that I send her some money.
4) The requests are never direct – but are a blatantly obvious squeezing process.
Here is a shortened version of the events that happened.
The full story, from A – Z with accompanying photographs, is available HERE.
The year is 2007.
* April 14th. I join the DateInAsia site. Profile just completed, photograph still awaiting approval – Curly Hair contacts me. This is the start of the adventure. I discover her name is Mayen. She works for a real estate firm as a Property Consultant. She is very beautiful – and we appear to be hitting it off straight away. We return day after day to keep the flame burning.
* April 21st. Mayen writes ” . . . but you know what, i do suggest tim that you will first visit in the phillipines and experience our culture . . . it would be an unforgetable experience you ever have . . . “
* April 27th. We arrange for me to visit in June – there is a Barrio Fiesta in her province and I will be able to meet her family.
This is our home for the first week and on our return from the province.
* June 18th. I fly to the Philippines – we meet – I have a wonderful, but expensive time. Mayen initiates our physical liason – and we live like lovers – continuing our plans for marriage, my emigration. I meet Sir Francis (her boss) – her work colleagues – and eventually, her family.
* June 29th. I fly back to the UK – I have a weeks work in Jersey before I arrive back home.
* July 8th. Chatting to Mayen – she requests I send her some money to help with her internet expenses – but the request transforms into money for a health check – suspected Dengue Fever. My suspicions are aroused – but my love is already too deep.
* July 13th. Mayen informs me that she is showing symptoms of being pregnant. I am scared, but delighted – but wondering if this is true – the situation is starting to show symptoms of being a classic “Honey Pot Trap.”
* July 15th. I meet Sir Francis at the Barrio Fiesta in Hounslow UK. I suggest to Mayen that I give him an engagement ring to bring back for her. Mayen agrees, but insists that I do not tell him what the gift is.
* July 25th. Book another flight to the Philippines for 14th – 28th August.
* July 27th. Mayen supposed to return for another health check to confirm pregnancy – but she doesn’t bother – she has already told me it was a false alarm.
* August 2nd. Receive another request and send more money – this time for new lodgings.
* August 8th. We have a long chat session – Mayen is visiting her sister in Quezon City.
* August 10th. 6.30 am – I receive a call from Mayen, moments after I log on to the Yahoo Messenger. She is in hospital – The Medical Center Paranaque – it transpires during the morning that she has to have an operation for an Ectopic Pregnancy. Would I send some money? I panic – completely ambivalent now – true or false. This is the perfect ruse for emotional extortion. I call Sir Francis who is there with Mayen – he has paid some deposits towards her hospitalisation. I speak to Mayen on her cellphone after the operation ” . . . huhuhuh . . . no more babies . . . timmyboy . . . send the money . . .” I speak to my friend Jim on the phone – we are both convinced it is a scam – but are surprised at how many people are incriminated – it must be an organised crime setup.
I delete all Mayen’s emails, block her email address, delete my profile at DIA, remove her from my Yahoo Messenger. The best thing to do is cut off all contact.
* August 11th. No sleep – what if it is true? This is absolute hell, I’m torn completely in half by love and doubt. I hear one word of a voice message on my phone – I can’t handle hearing her voice. It’s text, IM and email only from now on.
* August 12th. I establish contact again. Marivien, Mayen’s work colleague and go between - has a chat session with me. Would I send 50,000 pesos via Western Union? I insist on dealing only directly with the hospital – besides I am due to arrive on the Wednesday (15th) – I need to know urgently what the hospital bill will be to assess if I can still afford the trip. Insist that they pass this on to the hospital.
* August 13th. A critical day – the last chance I have to draw the cash from the bank, get traveller’s cheques if I decide to still fly.
I do decide to fly. Visit the bank, get traveller’s cheques, visit the church for a blessing – I am scared stiff. Call in to see my friend Jim. I end up giving him my passport and traveller’s cheques so that I cannot go – we both consider that it would be dangerous.
* August 14th. They think I’m somewhere in the air between UK and Manila – so I have a peaceful day.
* August 15th. Bang on the time my flight is landing the SMS and phone calls start. I do not reply. I’ll keep them guessing for a while.
So to cut a very long, complicated story short – I decided to stay in the UK and face the virtually impossible task of finding out the truth – in some concrete way. I tried to enlist help from all sorts of people, websites, government agencies, Embassies – with few exceptions the response was non existent – apart from my staunch friend Jim.
Together we set about forensically examining every little strand of information that we received – building up psychological patterns of the people we were dealing with 6,000 miles away. The burden of proof was theirs. Through their total incompetence – one way or the other – the result appeared an obvious scam – either incompetence in portraying the genuine truth to me – or incompetence in pulling off the scam without raising my suspicions. But still all we had was circumstantial. What we needed was unequivocal evidence.
I wrote a detailed journey of my visit to the Philippines to meet Mayen – it was an unforgetable experience.
What started out as a story of romance and hope takes a twisted turn – I decided to keep a record of everything – please read it at the link above, if you care to share my feelings – day to day – as the whole episode unravelled – Journey Into My Heart.

LoveAccess Scammers
surfing LoveAccess again and have ran across an interesting topic in the Philippines. Young women, most all still in college, willing to talk when they are online. These are beautiful women but, I have discovered that one had made a mistake in her picture on the Yahoo profile page. She was actually posting pics of Miss Philippines 2001.
I found that when I ran my mouse across the picture and at the bottom of my browser, the identification of the photo came up. And I researched the name on the internet. She never asked for any money but, did have me confused with someone else that I guess was supposed to buy her a mobile phone …..lol
Since then, I have talked to two different ones. And the first night seemed to go by very nicely. And the second night, there was a question, “can you help me”? Help with what I asked? “Help me with the cost for the computer rent”, they say. The first one I drew back from because of this.
Then lastnight, once again another young, beautiful woman. I figured what the hey. All the pictures were taken by a professional photographer this time. I messaged her and there was a short wait and she replied. We had a pleasant conversation, short and really nothing to it.
Tonight, it was different. The tone of “can you help me”, was almost not far past the “hello’s” and how are “you’s”. I went on and questioned the “help”. She said “the computer rent was pretty high and she would need it, if we were to talk more.” And asked me if I could send $50.00. Well, then I started using the common sense God gave me and prodded her for more info about how I was to send her money.
SURPRISE !! Western Union. and then she asked me again if I would help her. I told her I would have to think about it and let her know. Actually , what was first coming to my mind was, to get here and write a post about it. It was strangely no coincidence that lightening would strike twice so quickly I felt.
I am almost inclined to send the $50.00 to see where it leads to next but, I feel like I already know the answer to that. Another $50.00 next week because, “I really like you”. LOL
