I strongly believe that this has to be stopped. I strongly believe that "The water will seek its own level" The people you attract is a reflection of who you are and your personality. I dont generalize but how in the world those pitiful foreigners get scammed aren't they read between the lines? I dnt know with them, but i think they can already tell from a few conversation. Sometimes what happen is the consequences of being carried away and trying not to be logical in the decisions thaT you tend to do. Yes there are scammers out there but you also have your responsibility to distinguished the real thing from the fake ones. Again iam not justifying the wrong deeds of these scammers and i believe that this should be put to stop.
